Yet Another Party kicks off on 22nd July with an all-day shindig at The Star by Hackney Downs.
There’ll be a BBQ on the terrace during the day and joining us for the inaugural event will be master of the edit, ridiculously talented DJ and co-founder of the very brilliant Macadam Mambo Records, Guillaume Des Bois.
Based in Lyon, Guillaume launched Macadam Records with long-time friend Sasha Mambo back in 2012 and their output has been consistently strong throughout. Their Macadam Mambo Edits series have been staples in our record bags for the past few years and we’ll certainly be pulling a few out on the day. Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you will definitely be familiar with some of their edits, even if you don’t realise it. Check out Guillaume’s ‘Disco Ajustements’ record here:

Needless to say, we’re totally made up to have Guillaume help us kick off Yet Another Party and can’t wait for him to show us how it’s really done. With over 10,000 records in his collection, there’s no doubt he’s going to bring the heat to Hackney.

Also joining us on the day we have one of London’s finest selectors, Elliott Mess (Emotional Pop / So It Goes). He’ll be picking up the pace for us once the hot dogs and burgers have settled.
Starting proceedings from 3pm will be Yet Another (Laith and Dan). We’ll be packing all sorts of gems to play on the day, so be sure to get down early.
